Laurie Cigan

Laurie Cigan joins the SPR team with nearly two decades of experience in the medical device and neuromodulation industry. Over her career, she has held a variety of leadership roles across sales, sales management, professional education, and society engagement. Before joining SPR, she spent time at Boston Scientific and, most recently, at Nevro, where she played a pivotal role in advancing educational initiatives, supporting physician engagement, and driving growth through innovative programs.

Laurie is known for her customer-centric mindset and patient-focused approach, consistently working to build meaningful partnerships that support both clinical excellence and improved patient outcomes. In her role as Vice President of Customer Engagement at SPR, Laurie will play an instrumental role in shaping the company’s engagement strategy with customers and faculty. She will lead the Professional Education team, oversee Sales Training initiatives, and guide Patient Support programs, ensuring SPR continues to deliver best-in-class education and resources that support our physicians and patients.
