SPR is providing access to its Physician Finder database for implanting SPRINT PNS System physicians for informational purposes only. This information does not constitute medical, legal or any other type of professional advice, and is not an endorsement or referral of any individual physician, clinic or practice. Physicians displayed are by proximity to the zip code entered, selected radius, and then shown in alphabetical order.
Information provided may not represent a complete listing of all physicians who are current users of SPRINT PNS. Physicians listed have independently opted in to be included in SPR’s Physician Finder provided they meet minimum selection criteria within a 180-miles radius of the selected location. The minimum selection criteria includes implanting within the past 6 months and have future patients scheduled, experience implanting the SPRINT PNS System in more than one pain area, across all past patients implanted in the last 12 months achieve an average pain relief of 30% or higher, and the physician’s clinic must reside within the designated proximity and radius of the entered zip code.
Physicians are not employees, agents or representatives of SPR, and SPR has no financial relationship with them related to their inclusion in Physician Finder database. No physician is compensated for participation in SPR’s Physician Finder. Inclusion or exclusion of any particular physician does not imply any preference, qualification or recommendation by SPR. Once a physician has opted in to be included in SPR’s Physician Finder, the physician will remain listed for potential patients searching within the designated proximity and radius of the entered zip code. SPR does not remove or restrict participating physicians based on referral patterns, business generated, or any other criteria unrelated to the minimum selection criteria. Physicians may only be removed if they voluntarily withdraw or fail to meet the objective minimum selection criteria.

SPR does not guarantee treatment availability, clinical outcomes or insurance coverage, and does not promote use of the SPRINT PNS System outside of its FDA-labeled indications.
